Full job description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining various types of data into our systems to support the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities

Entering accurate and complete data into our systems, including customer information, inventory details, and sales figures.

Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

Performing regular data backups to ensure data is secure and easily accessible.

Updating and correcting data as needed.

Generating reports and data summaries as requested.

Assisting with data analysis and identifying trends or patterns.

Contributing to the development and improvement of data entry processes and procedures.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient typing and data entry skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.
