We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team working on scalable, cloud-based data platforms.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and scale MySQL databases for high-performance systems
- Improve schema design for efficient data ingestion and extraction
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize queries and data models
- Manage ETL pipelines and Data Lake architectures
- Support database migrations (MySQL → PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Enhance system reliability, performance, and data resiliency
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure quick recovery with no data loss
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Database Administration
- Strong expertise in SQL, schema design, and optimization
- Experience with ETL processes and data ingestion pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, Redshift, DMS)
- Hands-on with Apache tools (Airflow, Kafka, Superset)
- Linux system knowledge; Kubernetes is a plus
- Exposure to Python or Go is an advantage
