Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer for an on-site position in Toronto, ON. The role involves designing mechanical systems and components, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting research and development, and managing projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. You will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to system improvements, and optimizing engineering processes for high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design principles
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Competence in Project Management methodologies and practices
- Strong Research and Development (R&D) capabilities
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance
