Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the maintenance and validation of physician and clinic contact information across hospital systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity by directly engaging with physicians, physician offices, and healthcare clinics.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with external healthcare stakeholders.
This is a 6 months contract role with high possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact physicians, physician offices, and clinics to validate and update contact information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple hospital systems
- Perform data entry and updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies or missing information
- Support data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Track outreach activities and maintain documentation of updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues efficiently
Must-Have Requirements
- New graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a data-related or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with data entry or database maintenance
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with external stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or physician data
- Exposure to CRM or data management tools
