RevUp Dental is not your average dental marketing and software company. We help dental practices grow through high-performing websites, SEO, reputation management, and software that supports lead tracking and conversion. We're a remote team that cares deeply about outcomes and long-term client success.

Our Customer Support Representatives are the first point of contact for our dental practice clients. The friendly, trustworthy voice behind our websites, software, and digital tools. We'll rely on you to communicate clearly, and take real ownership of each client's issue from first contact to resolution. Technical skills can be taught – what we can't teach is genuine care for people, strong judgment, and the drive to see things through. If you have that, we'll train you on the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Ownership

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Listen carefully to understand the real issue behind each client's question or concern
  • Take ownership of client issues from start to finish, following up to ensure real resolution
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical details into plain language for clients
  • Build trust with clients through consistency, follow-through, and a genuine, helpful tone

Problem-Solving & Escalation

  • Investigate issues thoroughly before escalating. Gathering relevant details, reproducing the problem when possible, and ruling out simple causes
  • Recognize when an issue is outside your scope and escalate it with clear, organized context so the next person can pick it up without re-asking the client
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely, accurate resolution
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to websites, forms, and lead-tracking tools using provided resources and training

Website & Digital Tools Support (Trained On the Job)

  • Assist clients with updates to staff photos, team pages, and landing pages
  • Help troubleshoot form submission issues (Jotform, Typeform) and basic website functionality
  • Support basic content and platform updates as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient attention to detail 
  • Naturally curious and resourceful; you dig into a problem before asking for help
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems (we'll train you on our specific platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with website platforms, form builders (Jotform, Typeform), or ticketing software
  • Basic understanding of marketing or SaaS platforms
