Job description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact between the company, its clients & Franchise Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and courteously.
Address customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and other related topics.
Provide information about the company’s janitorial services and suggest appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.

Service Coordination:

Schedule janitorial services appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.
Coordinate with Unit franchise owners to ensure they are informed about service schedules and specific client requirements.
Match existing unit franchise owner with the appropriate customer.
The candidate must remain flexible and be open to working evenings and weekends as requirements may change due to time of the year or business needs etc.
Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.

Complaint Resolution:

Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolving issues efficiently.
Document and report recurring issues to management for further action.
Implement follow-up procedures to ensure issues have been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Sales Support:

Assist in preparing and sending service quotes and proposals to potential clients.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into clients.
Upsell additional services and special offers to existing clients.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Process customer payments and manage billing inquiries.
Orient, oversee, manage, and support franchise owners and clients.
Prepare and distribute customer service reports to management.

This job has following physical demands to successfully perform it’s essential functions.

The duties of this Job require the employee to stand for extended periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The job may also occasionally require the employee to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, or crawl.

The duties of the job require the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

To ensure safe use of equipment and chemicals the specific vision abilities are required for this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

Requirements:

Education – High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Conduct training classes.
excellent organization skills.
At-least 2 year experience in supervisory role.
Prior Janitorial Supervision experience would be an asset.
Floor Waxing and Carpet Cleaning experience would be an asset.
Valid driver license, valid auto insurance coverage, and acceptable driver’s safety rating (DSR).
Basic computer skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook) and iPad/mobile devices; Contract Management System.
Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
Dependable, regular, punctual and adaptable in fast paced work environment.

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. May be exposed to strong odors and varying temperatures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
