Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive customer support by managing inbound and outbound calls, handling requests via various

communication

channels, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring regular follow-up with customers by phone or email.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

-Greet and handle incoming calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner ;

-Manage customer requests via the company website;

-Receive and serve customers at the reception desk according to schedule;

-Identify customer needs and take appropriate action accordingly;

-Provide support to customers and inform them about the company’s services;

-Liaise between customers, consultants and operations;

-Place material orders according to customer requests;

-Maintain inventory of supplies;

-Issue certificates as requested by customers;

-Update customer files;

-Manage credits and make corrections to ongoing projects. Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or call center environment – Willing to work in a customer contact center environment over the phone – Strong interest in environmental and/or biochemical fields

-Proficiency in Office suite;

French-English bilingualism, spoken and written;

– Experience in a laboratory would be an asset, as the position involves – Excellent customer service skills;
