Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Crypto Customer Service Agent with a sales edge to join our Calgary-based team. This full-time hybrid role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support while leveraging opportunities to sell the company’s services, including webinars, conferences, and courses. Candidates should have a robust background in service/support roles, exceptional

communication skills

, and a keen understanding of the crypto or financial sectors.

EXPERIENCE IN A CRYPTOCURRENCY COMPANY NECESSARY.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints to ensure

customer satisfaction

. Utilize Intercom, Cloud Talk, Sum Sub, and other software tools proficiently to manage customer interactions effectively. Proactively sell company services, including educational webinars, conferences, and courses, contributing to the company’s

sales targets

. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency industry to provide informed support and advice to customers.

Work flexibly in a hybrid model, adapting to both remote and in-office environments as required.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service or support roles, preferably with telephone support. Fluent in Native English with excellent verbal and written

communication skills

. Demonstrated

problem-solving

abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and complaints. Familiarity with the crypto industry, cryptocurrencies, and financial institutions, with a willingness to learn quickly in a

dynamic environment

Experience with
