Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and order status
– Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers
– Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
– Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
– Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
– Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Skills:
– Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
– Sales experience is a plus
– Golf knowledge is a plus
