Position Summary
The CRR is responsible for processing customer orders, handling incoming calls, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative and client‑related tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining our service standards and supporting our clients’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders accurately and within required turnaround times
- Answer customer calls and messages using professional communication standards
- Complete data entry tasks including memos, labels, and project-based assignments
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Support client sales teams as needed
- Maintain accuracy levels of 99%+
- Learn and support multiple product lines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Customer service and data entry experience preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and general computer use
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
