Invincible Marketing Branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Fort Wayne area. This is an in-person position supporting customers inside established retail locations.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive experience during every interaction.
- Answer questions about available products and services.
- Help customers identify solutions that best fit their needs.
- Assist with account setup and service enrollment when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
- Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation
$17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
Additional performance-based earnings may be available but are not guaranteed.

- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekend availability based on business needs
