Responsibilities
- Prepare food- sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- efficiently process orders and payments accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food handling tasks such as food preparation ,restocking supplies, and ensuring food quality during busy hours
- Manage cash register responsibly and with accuracy, and counting of drawer after shifts
- Support team members in maintaining a quick service environment by managing time effectively and multitasking during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
