Customer Service Representative (Remote Full-Time Position)
First Aid 4U Inc. is a Canadian Red Cross training partner that offers First Aid and CPR courses acros Ontario. Our head office is locatedin Ottawa however our team are all now working remotely. We are looking to hire two more full-time customer service representatives to work from home. The position involves working on two computer screens from home in a quiet space to assist customers with booking into our courses across Ontario. We are looking for someone who is capable of providing professional customer service phone and email etiquette, along with the ability to work in various programs. The successful candidate must also be independent and confident to be trained remotely.
$18/hour
Main Responsibilities:
Communication with our customers via phone and email
Providing information on the various types of first aid and CPR courses that we offer in Ontario and assisting with the registration.
Assisting customers with rescheduling and cancelling their bookings.
Position Requirements:
Proficiency in ability to use a computer (eg. typing, ability to use two screen monitors, ability to have multiple programs open at once).
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English.
Ability to work independently.
Able to provide professional customer service.
Ability to work from home (quiet space away from other distractions).
Additional Information:
Available full-time from Mondays to Fridays 8am-4pm
Available for one to two Saturday shifts a month
Working from home is permanent.
