Pipe Staffing is an affiliate of Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and is under the Milani Group of Companies.
Looking for: Full Time Customer Service Representative
Duties:
– Handling incoming calls, responding to customer e-mails and in webchat
– Learn about our services inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers
– Learn to identify customers’ concerns and desires to provide appropriate service
– Keep a record of customers inquires using company software system
– Book in services for our technicians
Qualifications:
– Outstanding communication and customer service skills
– Great attitude, be positive and energetic
– Excellent phone and computer skills
– Speak English fluently
– Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset
