Job description: Foggy Gorilla Vape Shop is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vape products and accessories, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right products.
- Process sales accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to help customers make informed choices.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
- Address customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
- Support team members and contribute to overall sales goals.
Requirements
- Must meet the legal age requirement to work in a vape retail environment.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience (vape, smoke, or specialty retail experience is considered an asset).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Weekend, holiday and evening availability required.
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
