Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your communication skills and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Duties:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
– Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
– Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders
Experience:
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
– Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
– Ability to effectively communicate in English (multilingual or bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus)
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
– Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
