The Role: As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, responding to inquiries and ensuring consistently outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include:
Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat)
Reviewing and processing updates, changes, and claims on insurance policies
Resolving complex issues by applying product knowledge and problem-solving skills
Maintaining accurate records within our customer database
Adhering to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications
