We’re seeking a Customer Representative to connect with the community, drive sales of high-speed internet solutions, and help customers choose the right options for their needs. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Representative :
- Engage with customers and clients to understand their internet needs and present solutions clearly and enthusiastically.
- Build positive relationships by listening to customer concerns, answering questions, and recommending the right fiber internet packages.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, keeping accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and account details to ensure success.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals, share sales insights, and develop sales and communication skills.
- Assist customers with plan selections, service activations, and basic troubleshooting while providing friendly support.
- Explain Kinetic Fiber features, speeds, and promotions in clear, easy-to-understand terms, showcasing your sales expertise as a Customer Representative.
- Deliver consistent, professional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships.

Pay: $3,800.00 – $4,200.00 per month
