Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking, and serving processes
- Develop and refine menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Train new staff on proper food handling, safety procedures, and service techniques
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor kitchen workflow to optimize productivity and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience with team management responsibilities in a culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent understanding of restaurant management operations
- Skilled in food industry best practices, including kitchen organization and service delivery
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred; hospitality background is a plus
- Ability to serve as a positive role model for staff while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Pay: $18.25-$23.25 per hour
