Roles & Responsibilities

Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers.

Generate collections of outstanding invoices.

Review missed promise to pay dates.

Apply customer payments and monitor credit memos.

Review and approve campaign emails.

Conduct customer surveys.

Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a customer care strategy.

Assist with processing invoices.

Provide phone back-up for the main phone line.

Backup for Accounts Receivable Clerk (monitor the AR email inbox, set up new credit accounts, month end tasks, etc.).

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Valid Driver’s License

Excellent communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Interpersonal skills

Capacity to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.

Adaptability

Ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences, and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

Time management and organization

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Teamwork

Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Problem-solving skills

Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:

Experience in a similar role relating to customer relationship building.
