JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an individual to help support one of our Paris-based clients at their Toronto office location. This will be downtown Toronto on a 3‑day‑per‑week basis and will support the office to help maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities

– Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities

– Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers

– Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory

– Support onboarding logistics for new employees (desk setup, access, equipment)

– Organize internal events, team gatherings, and meeting room bookings

– Handle incoming mail, couriers, and visitor reception

– Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance for operational needs

– Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (Ontario standards)

– Manage office budget tracking and expense reporting
