Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, BC, for a Customer Care and Inventory Associate. The role involves managing and maintaining inventory, controlling stock levels, providing responsive and effective customer service, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, managing inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of inventory operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software is an asset
- Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage
