Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Toronto, ON. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. Responsibilities also include maintaining expense reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the executive office. The role requires proactive communication and organizational skills to support the executive team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong skills in Executive Support, including schedule management and meeting coordination
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external correspondence
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
