Location: Condo, Gulf Shores
Job Overview:
As a custodian working on site at a condo you will be vital in maintaining cleanliness and safety across all assigned areas. Your efforts will ensure that our client’s property remains enjoyable, clean, and welcoming for all residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean Common Areas:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Ensure all public spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
Clean Restrooms:
- Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals.
- Replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.).
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean Around Pool Area:
- Sweep and clean the pool deck.
- Ensure pool furniture is clean and properly arranged.
- Empty trash bins and ensure the area is free of debris.
Pick Up Garbage:
- Collect and dispose of trash from common areas, poolside, and designated outdoor areas.
Check for Safety Issues:
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety hazards.
- Ensure walkways and common areas are free of obstructions and potential hazards.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall property cleanliness and upkeep.
Weekend Work Required
Peak Season Holiday’s Required
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices.
- Experience in facilities maintenance and porter duties.
- Skills in maintenance and buffing are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to download and use company applications on your phone.
- Comfort with using technology for work-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
