Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage all aspects of daily operations
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
– Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
– Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards
– Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
– Utilize POS systems to manage sales and track inventory
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills:
– Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably as a cook or in restaurant management
– Strong leadership and supervisory skills
– Excellent customer service abilities
– Proficient in cash handling procedures
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
