Full job description
Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Ukrainian Language
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support to Ukrainian-speaking users through various channels.
Communicate fluently in Ukrainian to ensure clear understanding and empathy.
Master Remitbee’s products and services to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns with diplomacy and empathy.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with other teams for solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collect and relay valuable customer feedback for product and service enhancement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
