Full job description
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into the system
– Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
– Proficient in data entry and computer skills
– Bilingual candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply
