Your Contribution

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing professional customer service and sales relations with private clientele, 3rd party funding agencies and government authorized therapists . A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative includes:

Greet all walk-in clients in a friendly professional manner and assist them in finding the proper products that fit their needs or direct them to the appropriate department if they are looking for Accessibility or Service
Answer sales inquiries received by phone, fax and email
Organize showroom and maintain cleanliness
Update pricing on equipment in the showroom
Assist clients interested in rental equipment including educating them on how to use it
Display respectful behavior at all times to employees, clients, managers and stakeholders
Resolve client complaints and rebuild relationships to maintain long term clientele prior to escalating to a manager
Collect payment for deposits and invoices before equipment is provided to client
Provide support to Outside sales reps when required

Your Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalency
Experience in the home medical industry is considered an asset
Knowledge and experience with Windward POS system is considered as asset
Sales training considered an asset
Patience, compassion and strong listening skills
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Clear communication and a positive attitude
Hard working and Punctual
Criminal record check may be required

Applicants should be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people that have various special needs and be empathetic to their circumstances. Applicants must be compliant with public health and workplace safety regulations. Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
