Job Description: Crew Leader

J&B Quality Painters, a leading residential and commercial painting company in Edmonton, is seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to manage multiple crews and ensure the successful completion of painting projects.
Position: Crew Leader
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and supervise 2-3 team members per project to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
Proven experience managing people and leading teams to success.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
