Indocave Indo Chinese is hiring a reliable and experienced Cook for our ghost kitchen operations at our Marine Drive and East Broadway locations. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen specializing in Indo-Chinese and Nepalese fusion dishes such as noodles, fried rice, momos, Manchurian, chilli chicken, and spring rolls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Indo-Chinese dishes including Hakka noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, momos (steamed/chilli/jhol), and spring rolls.
  • Execute high-volume delivery and takeout orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform daily prep work: chopping vegetables, marinating meats, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards for delivery packaging.
  • Ensure timely order preparation during peak delivery hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management.

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience required (Indo-Chinese cuisine preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
