Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the construction team.

Efficiently manage the flow of information within the department.

Register and archive emails for easy access and reference.

Process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Supervise and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely responses.

Handle construction personnel administration tasks, including documentation and records.

Organize and coordinate business meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.

Qualifications

Higher education in administrative, legal, or economic fields is preferred.

Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Creative thinking and good organizational skills.

Responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
