Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and related trades, with a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on various projects, including commercial and residential sites, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve smooth, level, and durable surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project specifications accurately
- Install rebar and formwork for concrete structures, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting, moving, or positioning materials
- Perform masonry work, including setting forms, caulking joints, and restoring existing structures as needed
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
- Assist in flooring installation and other renovation tasks related to concrete work
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation
- Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding for various construction applications
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for precise project execution
- Strong masonry skills including restoration work and flooring installation
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation for lifting or moving materials safely
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Skilled in caulking, renovation work, and general carpentry related to concrete projects
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$40.15 per hour
