Greypro Concrete Designs is looking for an experienced concrete finisher who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow into a leadership role.

- finish concrete to a high standard
- read the job and solve problems
- show up reliably
- communicate professionally with clients and crew
- help build systems as the company grows
- eventually lead helpers / crew members
Pay
- Starting $40/hr based on experience
- Company truck provided for work use
- Raise review after 60–90 days
- Performance bonuses available
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years concrete experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Can work independently
- Leadership mindset
- Clean, professional attitude
