“`Duties:“`
– Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces
– Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete installation and renovation projects
– Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of concrete work
– Operate heavy equipment such as concrete saws, grinders, and mixers
– Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper waterproofing and durability
– Restore and repair damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
– Level top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications using straightedge or float.
-Install anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.
– Apply hardening and sealing compound to cure surface concrete.

– Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
– Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for concrete finishing tasks
– Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and curing processes
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of work
– Familiarity with different types of concrete finishes (e.g., smooth, stamped, exposed aggregate)
– Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
– Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as required
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects
