Duties
Start at 9 am. Work in a team with other assistants and bakers.Tuesday/Wednesday thru Saturday, most holidays. Mix of full-time and part-time.
· Making & baking viennoiseries, sourdough breads, tarts, quiches, cakes and treats
· Prep, basic math and measuring, intake, stocking, loading

· Ability to lift bags, carry/move trays, operate equipment
