Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Drafter to join our innovative design team. Your expertise in CAD software will be essential in creating accurate schematics, system designs, and detailed plans that meet project specifications and client expectations. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using drafting software. *
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software*
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop project plans. *
- Compile and analyze data to ensure accurate and comprehensive drawings. *
- Interpret and implement clients’ needs and specifications. *
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards and regulations. *
- Review and revise drawings to correct any inaccuracies or deficiencies. *
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions. *
- Take off quantity details for each project based on shop drawings. *
- The effectiveness in safeguarding information in reports, written materials, or other confidential material/information/conversations. *
- Follows applicable safety, health, and environmental rules and guidelines. Uses appropriate protective equipment. *
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in project execution.
