Commercial Flat Roofing Foreman / Lead Hand
Accent Roofing & Siding is looking for an experienced Commercial Flat Roofing Foreman / Lead Hands to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in commercial flat roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and sheet metal details.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise roofing crew on commercial flat roofing projects
- Read drawings and specifications
- Coordinate daily site activities and maintain productivity
- Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety
- Install and oversee flat roofing systems including repairs and full replacements
- Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and site supervisors
- Train and support crew members on-site
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in commercial flat roofing
- Willing to travel out of town for when required.
- Foreman or Lead Hand experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems including, EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen, Built up, Cold Process and waterproofing details
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fall arrest, WHMIS, and Working at Heights certifications considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and reliability
