Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project deliverables
Assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience (adjust based on your needs)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, exel, Microsoft project)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with institutional projects and infection control.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Infection Control certification
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
