Position: Commercial/Office Cleaner
Schedule: Daytime and evening shifts. Shifts can range between 8AM to 12AM, no weekends.
Pay & Compensation
- Training Pay: $12.00/hour
- Post-Training Pay: $13.50/hour
- Increase to $15.00/hour within 2 months (based on performance and attendance)
- Annual performance reviews with potential for pay increases
- Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Friday)

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide professional cleaning services in commercial and office settings, including:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Trash removal and restocking
- Maintaining clean restrooms, breakrooms, conference areas, and common spaces
- Ensuring each business is left spotless, secure, and ready for the next workday
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and having predictable evening hours.
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to work daytime and evening shifts (Shift times can be between 8AM –10 PM)
- Live in or reliably commute to Wilson County and nearby cities (La Vernia, St. Hedwig, Adkins, Cibolo, Converse, Floresville, etc.)
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (not shared)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs (vacuum, supplies, etc.)
- Pass a background check
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
