We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support our team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with previous restaurant or food service experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during shifts
- Support and supervise staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash/POS system and customer orders
- Help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties
- Help ensure smooth kitchen and front-end operations
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required
- Leadership or supervisor experience is an asset
- Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends preferred
