This firm’s Toronto Office (based out of Downtown Toronto) wants to add a Commercial Litigation -> Commercial Arbitrations Lawyer to their group.
The ideal candidate will focus on the firm’s robust commercial arbitration work. This firm is also open to hiring litigation lawyers to focus on the firm’s construction lien and related litigation work. This firm’s construction lawyers serve as arbitrators, mediators and monitors and have represented parties in dispute resolution processes. Their lawyers are involved at every stage of the construction process in all types of projects.
Their lawyers are frequent speakers on all aspects of construction law and have published standard textbooks and related articles. This opportunity will come with a comprehensive salary, bonus and
