Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and requests
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Utilize Excel for basic functions and maintaining accuracy in all calculations
Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
