Beyond the court, we've developed a co-branding gifting model that connects premium brands with their ideal demographic through a product their clients actually use, week after week.
Pickleball is now the #1 fastest-growing sport in Canada. 1.5M+ active players. Core demographic: 35–65. The same people walking into luxury showrooms, signing real estate deals, and joining private clubs.
The Opportunity
We're looking for independent Co-Branding Sales Partners in the GTA to bring our co-branded gifting packages to luxury brands — automotive dealerships, real estate brokerages, private clubs, hospitality groups, and beyond.
This is an independent contractor role — no base salary, no set hours, no ceiling. You own your pipeline, your schedule, and your results. You are paid when you close.
Top performers can earn $3,000–$8,000+ per month.
What You'll Be Doing
• Identifying and reaching out to decision-makers at luxury brands across the GTA
• Presenting Trinex's co-branding gifting packages and closing partnership contracts
• Managing your own prospect pipeline independently
• Invoicing Trinex per closed deal and managing your own tax obligations as a contractor
• Representing the Trinex brand with professionalism and authenticity at all times
What We're Looking For
• Existing relationships or networks in luxury automotive, real estate, private clubs, or premium lifestyle businesses in the GTA
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating without a safety net
• Ability to meet prospects in person across the GTA when needed
• Genuine passion for sport, lifestyle brands, or the pickleball community is a strong asset

• Competitive commission per contract closed — structure and rates shared during the interview

• Direct access to the founder for deal strategy and support
• Non-exclusive arrangement — you are free to work with other businesses simultaneously

Important – contractor terms
This is an independent contractor engagement. You will be responsible for your own taxes, applicable GST/HST registration, and any personal insurance. A contractor agreement will be provided prior to commencement. No employment benefits, WCB, or payroll deductions apply.
