We are looking for a motivatedClient Service Workerto join our WorkBC South Surrey-White Rock team!

POSITION FUNCTION:

The WorkBCClient Service Workerprovides support all staff and clients through effective, timely delivery of client services, administrative, and clerical assistance. This position reports to the Coordinator of Operations.

DUTIES:

Be familiar with MOSAIC’S vision, mission, values, strategic plan, and integrated client service delivery approach, program and/or project proposals and contracts, and your role in achieving the goals and contractual outcomes of the department.

Perform administrative tasks: answer inquiries about the programs/projects; file documents; produce documents and spreadsheets; order office/program supplies and maintain inventory; code invoices, enter/record financial data and other data.

Provide reception and Resource Centre relief including Client registration.

Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and externally.

Provide administrative support for meetings and events: distribute information/agendas; schedule and set-up rooms; arrange food and clean-up; record and distribute minutes.

Prepare and/or assist with correspondence, invoices, presentations, publications, marketing, reports, and surveys.

Research and compile information and data.

Maintain bulletin boards, calendars, and staff schedules.

Participate in meetings, in-service trainings, and other training.

Other duties, as assigned by the Coordinator, Manager, or Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Office management principles, methods, and procedures; sorting/filing techniques, records retention policies and schedules; proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure. Confident use of MS Office suite & publishing software. Keyboarding speed of 30-45 wpm an asset.
