Job Description
To succeed as a client service representative for Right Direction, you have to be able to work from home in an office setting. You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role requires working 8-hour shifts from home. We are looking to fill nights and weekends.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones promptly
- Sales
- Provide accurate information via phone/email to clients and employees
- Book airline tickets, cars, and hotels
- Solve problems that may be unstructured and require the use of conceptual thinking skills
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport.
- Prepare correspondence, estimates, and documents
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Sales or similar roles
- Professional customer service attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
