The TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy team is seeking a highly organized and

customer-focused

individual to

join our team

. As a Client Service Manager, you’ll seek to develop a positive customer experience, foster relationships and support brand loyalty. You’ll promote the benefits and ease of our service by communicating with internal stakeholders, technical departments, brokers and insurers.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executing onboarding program with key customers, collaborating with sales and customer success teams across TELUS Health Manage key accounts as the key point of contact for issues and complaints and supporting with ongoing tracking and reporting against targets Drive client governance meetings to share data, trends, product updates and cross-sell opportunities Leverage available data to create accurate reports for internal and external users Act as primary liaison with marketing team to ensure sales and onboarding collateral meets the needs of the business;

including leading a patient email

communication

plan Review customer feedback and seek to improve all aspects of the client experience with the company Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations team to ensure

continuous improvement

and implement any changes based on customer feedback; support custom onboarding programs Build strong relationships, liaising with internal and external stakeholders Stay up to date with industry trends and their potential impacts to customers and marketing programs Qualifications The successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with an engaging

leadership

style.

You must have the ability to efficiently manage a

fast-paced

project and collaborate with the project team to ensure success. Key qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or in a related field, and/or experience in a customer success, a client facing or a

client support

capacity Ideally 5+ years of experience customer experience Experience in the insurance, benefits or pharmacy fields Experience in customer onboarding or implementation programs Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Understanding of drug benefit programs, preferred pharmacy networks and group benefits an asset

Ability to

plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with

attention to detail

Experience with
