Overview
This company operates across multiple luxury wellness and aesthetic brands and is known for delivering personalized, high-touch client experiences. A growing organization with 40+ locations across the United States is seeking a client-focused Sales Consultant to join its Riverview team.
This is a non-clinical, in-person sales role. You will not perform medical procedures. Instead, you will meet with clients face-to-face, understand their goals, and help guide them toward services that align with their needs.
What You’ll Do
As the main point of contact for in-person clients, responsibilities include:
- Conducting face-to-face consultations
- Asking thoughtful questions to understand client goals and expectations
- Recommending service options based on individual needs
- Guiding clients through the decision-making process in a professional and supportive way
- Maintaining accurate notes, records, and follow-up communication
- Delivering a strong client experience from consultation through next steps
Services offered are advanced non-invasive wellness and aesthetic treatments. Full training is provided.

Compensation
Base pay starts at $3,000 per month guaranteed, plus commission.
Compensation also includes:
- Performance-based commission opportunities
- Earnings tied directly to individual production and results
- Clear compensation details shared during the interview process and outlined in the final agreement
Performance Expectations
This is a performance-driven role with clearly defined goals and measurable standards.
Training
The company provides structured training to help new team members succeed, including:
- Paid virtual onboarding
- Training on services, consultation flow, and company systems
- In-person practical training with live support
- Ongoing coaching and development
Previous medical aesthetics experience is not required.
Schedule
- 4 days per week
- Sunday required plus 3 flexible weekdays
Hours
- Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, consultations, or client service roles
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Goal-oriented and accountable for performance
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning systems, processes, and structured workflows
- Able to work in person at the Riverview location
