ABOUT UNSTOPPABLE PERFORMANCE LEADERS
Unstoppable Performance Leaders (UPL) is a 100% woman-owned, Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) Canada and Inclusive Workplace and Supply Council of Canada (IWSCC) certified leadership development and culture transformation firm, dual-incorporated in Canada and the United States.
We work with some of North America's largest organizations to design and deliver multi-year training solutions that create lasting, measurable change — not one-off workshops. Our programmes span leadership development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), workplace culture, employee engagement, change management, psychological health and safety, and organizational performance — delivered through a curated ecosystem of 70+ Impact Experts across North America.
We are a startup with the mindset of a movement. Our team is small, our values are non-negotiable, and the work we do matters.
We believe: Without Integrity Nothing Works.

THE OPPORTUNITY
At its core, this is a sales role — but not the kind that leads with a pitch. It is relationship-driven, consultative, and grounded in real listening. You are not selling a product off a shelf; you are understanding what an organization is navigating and recommending the right multi-year solution to move them forward.
You will focus on Fortune 1000+ companies and large organizations with 50,000+ employees across North America. Your primary contacts will be senior decision-makers — Vice Presidents of Human Resources, Chief People Officers, Chief Learning Officers, Chief Diversity Officers, and Directors of Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Culture.
You will build relationships with these leaders through targeted LinkedIn outreach, email, Zoom presentations, and ongoing conversations — recommending training solutions based on what the organization is actually dealing with.
This is a startup environment. We wear multiple hats, we move fast, and we build things as we go. If that energizes you rather than unsettles you, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
The sky is the limit for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Outreach & Pipeline Development
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers at Fortune 1000+ organizations through LinkedIn, email, and strategic outreach channels
• Execute thoughtful, personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns — connection requests, InMail sequences, and follow-up messaging that opens real conversations
• Qualify prospects early and consistently — assess organizational fit, budget readiness, decision-making authority, and timeline before investing deeper in the relationship
• Understand and navigate the full sales cycle — from first outreach through discovery, qualification, proposal, follow-up, and close — with discipline and patience
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction, stage, note, and next step in Zoho CRM — the CRM is your single source of truth and must reflect reality at all times
• Research target organizations to understand their culture priorities, leadership challenges, and training gaps before making contact
Consultative Engagement & Presentations
• Conduct discovery conversations and virtual presentations via Zoom with VPs, C-Suite leaders, and senior decision-makers
• Recommend multi-year training solutions across leadership development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), workplace culture, employee engagement, change management, and psychological health and safety — based on the specific challenges the organization is navigating
• Develop proposals and follow-up strategies in collaboration with UPL's leadership team
• Manage the full engagement cycle from first touch to signed agreement — with the full support of the UPL team behind you
Relationship Management & Internal Collaboration
• Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with prospects and clients — not transactional touchpoints
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and consistently with the internal team — internal communication is a non-negotiable
• Stay current on trends in the corporate training, DEI, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement space
• Represent UPL's brand, voice, and values in every interaction — integrity first, always
──────────────────────────────────────
WHO YOU ARE
You have sold in the corporate training, L&D, HR consulting, or professional services space — and you know how to navigate large, complex organizations. You are not intimidated by long sales cycles or multiple stakeholders. You understand that the right relationship, built the right way, is worth more than a hundred cold pitches. And you know exactly where you are in the sales cycle at any given moment.
• Proven experience in a similar client engagement, business development, or consultative sales role — ideally selling training, L&D, DEI, HR, or change management services to corporate clients
• Solid command of the enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, discovering, proposing, following up, and closing
• CRM experience is required; Zoho CRM is a strong asset — you treat it as a professional discipline, not an afterthought
• Experience engaging Fortune-ranked and large enterprise organizations; comfortable in conversations with VPs and C-Suite leaders
• LinkedIn power user — you know how to build a presence, craft outreach that does not feel like a script, and grow a network with intention
• Exceptional English communication — written and verbal; clear, professional, and human
• North American market experience; attuned to how large organizations think and how decisions get made at the senior level
• A go-getter — self-motivated, energized by results; you set your own bar and then clear it
• Able to work independently with genuine ownership, while showing up as a collaborative team member who keeps everyone in the loop
• A natural multitasker who can manage several active conversations and proposals simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Comfortable in a startup environment — you adapt quickly and wear multiple hats as needed
• You believe DEI is a commitment, not a checkbox — you lead with curiosity, not judgment
• Knowledge of the corporate training and development industry is a strong asset
