Summary: Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, trim, glass and entry doors.
· Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, entryways, pool area, gym, spa, pet wash, café, club room and other work areas.
· Cleans apartments/turnovers when applicable.
· Sweeps, vacuums, shampoos and mops floors and stair towers.
· Dusts and cleans furniture and barbeque grills.
· Empties and cleans wastebaskets from offices and common areas.
· Replenishes bathroom supplies.
· Responsible for company issued tools and equipment.
