You’ll be part of a collaborative North American team, working closely with internal stakeholders to process complex claims data and improve workflows. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll process and validate large volumes of claims data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across records
  • In this role, you’ll identify discrepancies, mismatches, and errors in claims billing and work to resolve them
  • You’ll transform unstructured client documentation into structured digital data for processing
  • You’ll support reinsurance billing processes, ensuring claims are correctly assigned and reconciled
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams across claims, finance, and underwriting to resolve data issues
  • You’ll contribute to process improvements, including the adoption of new technologies and AI tools

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in claims administration, insurance, financial services, or medical billing
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze and reconcile data
  • High attention to detail with a natural ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and digital systems
  • Adaptability and openness to learning new tools, including AI-driven processes
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
