Job Summary:
The individual is responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems (interior, exterior, mechanical and electrical) through scheduled projects maintenance and repair with safety, efficiency, and appearance being priorities.
Compensation & Benefits Information Rate of pay ranges from: $31.26 to $33.03, as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement Eligibility to enroll in the HEALTHCARE OF ONTARIO PENSION PLAN (HOOPP). Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
Must have
current Electrician Certificate of Qualification (Ontario).
Must have
basic understanding of blueprint reading.
Must have
basic understanding of computers.
Must have
HVAC experience
Ability to
demonstrate
leadership
skills
Project planning experience will be considered an asset
Must be
able to work safely with minimum supervision
Bilingualism an asset.
